Switch from OpenPLI to OpenBH?

I have OpenPLI 4 now, can I easily switch to OpenBH without loosing settings, channels etc or do I have to do the whole procedure from the beginning?
Is there a way to test it in parallel with my installed openPLI?

Use Open Multiboot, althought i´ve not tested this with OpenPli image in flash.

You can backup your settings too using dreamboxedit or dreamset ( tools ).

You can too make first a full backup of your OpenPli image using BackUpSuite from "PedroNewbie"
