Switch without USB-Stick?

Hello,
on my VU+ Uno 4K I am mostly using BlackHole, but sometimes also Open BlackHole. Switching from OBH to BH (backup) is simple by using the plugin "Backup Suite", but switching from BH to OBH is only possible with an USB-Stick. Or is there any option to switch without using an USB-Stick?

Why are you switching at all? Using OBH is futureproof. BH uses old E2 base from Vu+ and is totally obsolete by now.

For example, in many e2iplayer livestream channels I get the error message: "Internal data stream error", while with BH I don't have this problem in e2iplayer.

Short said, some plugins working better with BH and some with OBH.
 
I found the solution. With this plugin you can flash from BlackHole to another image or backup from your hdd:
