Vu+ Newbie
Hi Guys/Gals
Can anyone help me as on my system monitor (the Flash) is running 100% all the time and I don't know how to get it down. I have tried turn off my Vu+Uno unit for a couple of hours, When I turn it back on it starts from 60%. My system is running BH 1.73. Any help will be more the welcomed. Thanks

This means that some of the plugins / addons full flash.
Check active plugins and addons
such as those for EPG..
If you have plugins or skins that you do not use them. Delete.

Hi Matrix and All
Here are my findings :
I have uninstalled BH 1.73 and installed BH 1.75.
Straight away I checked my system monitor and the flash was at 71%. I installed picons done a blindscan a FPGA upgrde and also aEpg scan for 28.2E only and installed the magic (C).
Now my system flash is running at 75%. I have not installed any more plugins or any new skins, only the main things to get my baby back up and running like it use too.
My Ram also says that it is running at 66%.:confused:
Please can you confirm if my baby should be running at such a high rate or if there seems that their might be a problem with my Vu+uno box, as I'm not sure what rate that my baby should be running at.

If you want to use plugins, different skins and so on, use the new feature (universe).
To do so, mount a usb key as /universe. (do not forget to create a second partition mounted as /media/usb for yoour picons and EPG).
Then with red button jump into one of the 3 universes.
Now you can use as many plugins as you want, becaue they are no more loaded in flash but on your usb key.

Regarding the RAM, it comes and goes depending on what you use : for example, il you use your hard disk to play a recorded movie , the used ram will jump to 97 %.

I will give it a try when I have got more use too BH1.75.
