T.TV without Audio in all Vu+ products

Hi mates,
The following channel does not have audio in all VU+ products:
T.TV- 11317-Vertical-27500-3/4 in Hotbird.
It has no problem in non-linux products.
In Dreambox, they changed APID/VPID by DreamboxEdit program and solved it.
We did the same but it did not help and the channel still does not have Audio.
Please kindly help me.

Yes, No sound !
May be from the serves providers, call them!

STRANGE
With Timeshift comes audio.
Which means that something is not OK with that channel, probably timing.
I do not know if VU can help.
Talk to them via e-mail

my iclass cheap reciever has sound then i dont think the server has problem in spite of that on yahsat (gem channel) also has this problem.i dont know why?
