here we go :)

i use a technotrend 3600 usb tuner ( its a pctv 452e driver ) with black hole 2.06 and it works great, but at the moment i am playing around with the original vu solo2 image from vu , but i cant get the dvb-s2 channels to work with this image , the tuner gets detected but only dvb-s channels?

in dmesg i got this error :

pctv452e: I2C error -140; AA 29 CC 00 01 -> 55 29 CC 00 00.
pctv452e: I2C error -140; AA 3F CC 00 01 -> 55 3F CC 00 00.
pctv452e: I2C error -140; AA 56 CC 00 01 -> 55 56 CC 00 00.
pctv452e: I2C error -140; AA 72 CC 00 01 -> 55 72 CC 00 00.
pctv452e: I2C error -140; AA 88 CC 00 01 -> 55 88 CC 00 00.
pctv452e: I2C error -140; AA 9F CC 00 01 -> 55 9F CC 00 00.


maybe you can help out a bit ....

i dont unterstand why no dvb-s2 channels, there must be some tweaks in the black hole that it works.

I think the problem is related to drivers used in the original Vu+ image and you can see that the BH driver implementation is better and works regularly.

yes , the 3600 works well with bh image :)

maybe someday my other tuner will work too ( technisat skystar s2 )
