tecnomate motor dish problem with signal going via motor

hi all ive noticed a few channels not getting a good signal while going via the motor when i record something going via the motor then go to the channel with signal bad quailty on the other input the signal jumps up so why am i losing signal quality on one channels going via the motor ive got the vu duo we have tryed dissconnecting the input going via the motor and both are fine so what could be effecting the signal going via the motor any help would be great
