Thinking of buying, just have many questions

I contacted Vu support a week ago and got no response, so I figured I would try here.

I am tired of paying monthly for satellite and am thinking of switching to streaming media boxes (Roku). Then I found Vu+ and the questions started to fill my head.

1. Would I need a service provider or is this really free satellite TV?

2. would my Dish Network dish work? If so, would I need to move it?

3. Is this available in the US? ( I have run into a ton of live tv apps for the Roku that are for use in the US)

I'm sure I will have more, but feel these will help me make a decision about which way to go.
