THINKING OF GETTING A TABLET COMPUTER

Hi
I am thinking of getting a Tablet PC, I just want to know if I will be able to use with my VU+ Duo
Will I be able to use Dreambox Edit and CuteFTP on a Tablet PC in the same way I did on my laptop
If yes, is there any Tablet PC you would reccomend, I thinking of getting a Galaxy Tab
