Hello, my Vu + Uno 4K is blocked, and I think it may be from the power supply, when I bought it it came with this power supply that does not put Vu + anywhere, is it Original? Is it the one they sent three and a half years ago?
Because I have seen that they sell this Original power supply and manufactured by Vu + for the Uno 4K.
It is my doubt, It is normal? Or would they not have stock in their day and sent the other?a greeting.

And how an important company like VU+ put HW not branded with its brand in the same box with their STB?

If I had come with the original source that has screws, I could see if it has an error inside and buy another source, I do not know if the error is from the power supply or the box, I have to try with a power supply original, and if it does not work take it to the technical service.

In a Uno 4K I consider that they should have mounted the Original because it looks higher quality, and with the possibility of disassembling it with its 2 screws, the other cannot be watertight.
Of course, the manufacturer (Vu +) always puts the "original" power supplies inside the box where the receiver comes from ... what happened? Simple: a friend of the store owner needed an original source for a Vu + receiver (Uno or Uno 4K SE) and this one did him a favor... nor did he worry about the fact that the source he put in the box did not have the same specifications of the original!
