time error

There is no clock in a VU+ (as well in many other decoders): they take the time from the transponders. Probably, you use your VU+ only for IPTV.
Alternatively, OBH (but not BH) has the skill to get the time also from a NTP server.
 
I already answered: are the transponders the responsible for the time. Examine the channels you have (giving them some seconds to get the time) in different transponders and the try to change the first channel in your first bouquet (the one you select pressing "1" and see if it solves. Otherwise, you could give OBH a try, if you don't solve.
