Transcoding broken

I've followed this tutorial: https://www.vuplus-community.net/board/threads/transcoding-setup.11062/ but transcoding is (still) not working (BH 3.1.0).
What may be wrong?

Same problem with me. It just work if I'm connected to the same WiFi network. If I use my mobile hotspot, it does not work. I can access WebIf from outside but transcoding doesn't work.

Write to Vu+, transcoding is not part of Bh image but direct managed by Vu+
