Transcoding outside my network Vu solo2

Hello eveyone I am using the latest blackhole image on my vu solo2 with vm super 2. Up until last week I could transcode outside my network i.e. 3g on my phone and 4g on my tablet but now I can`t. If I connect to my home network with my phone and tablet it works fine I have factory rest my router and port forword ports 80 8001 8002 and I have checked to see if ports are open with. Open port tool which tells me all 3 ports are open do I need to port trigger?
