Transcoding problems with Vu+ Solo SE V2

Hi to all

I have recently acquired a Vu+ Solo SE V2 to use with a portuguese DVB-C broadcaster. I have been able to configure everything correctly, and manage to get it to stream inside and outside my network. The problem is I have tried everything to perform transcoding of any channel. When I try to transcode it, I notice that the image in the TV freezes twice and recording starts but either MPC-HC or BSPlayer fail to start in my PC, and on my Android phone, MX Player and other video players fail to start also. I don't know if this has to do with the fact that my provider has shared PMT channels.
Has anyone experienced these issues and solved them?

Probably the transcoding feature require box in standby to be fully operational. The record start is 100% normal because the box acquire data from tuner and send it via network.

Already tried that and it didn't work. I should add that it's a dual tuner dvb-c box, and I have both tuners active.
