Transcoding Setup plugin additional info

I need to know more detail bout all the different options of the Transcoding Setup plugin.

For example what i need to know what is Level, Profile, GOP Frame P.

Is there a manual, help or some text instruction anywhere on the enigma storage or on the internet about This Plugin ?


Also I want to report that I found some strange bug or at least an illogical behavior, when I set framerate 25000, the actual outputted transcoded stream comes out as 60000 fps, not 250000 :)
