You need to clarify which channels you're trying to scan in, as there is an 11470 V 30000 DVB-S2 8PSK 5/6, Mtel, which I've just scanned in, getting 14 channels.
An 11471 H 30000 DVB-S2 8PSK 3/4, which I scanned in earlier, providing 27 channels, but there is also an 11471 H 30000 DVB-S2 QPSK 8/9, which I can't scan in as it's on the South East Africa beam, so not available, to me, Canal Reunion.
The other two scan in fine, using Blackhole 3.0.3, so the image isn't the problem.

Please test the frequency with uno

I don't have a VU+ uno, only a VU+ Duo 2, and that's working fine.
As both should work perhaps you could provide more information, including your general location, and dish size.
Can you scan in 11471 H 30000 DVB-S2 8PSK 3/4?
If you are having problems with Vertical channels, and still getting Horizontal channels then it's probably a failing LNB problem.

I have no problem with the receiver
Just uno

Please update your drivers

I would first check other Vertical transponders, on 16E, as either your problem is a faulty LNB, or setup problem.
11741 H 30000 and 11470 V 30000, are both on the same beam, Europe B, so if you're getting a good signal quality off one you should be able to receive the other.
What are your signal quality readings on 11741?

You wrote you've tested this issue in some images: which ones have problems and which ones don't?

I've tested this model with a dish and a lnb

Vu+Duo 11470 V 30000 DVB-S2 8PSK 16E No problem
Vu+solo2 11470 V 30000 DVB-S2 8PSK 16E No problem
Vu+solo 4k 11470 V 30000 DVB-S2 8PSK 16E No problem

Vu+Uno 11470 V 30000 DVB-S2 8PSK 16E It has a problem There Signal But Nmyarh channel
Vu+Ultimo 11470 V 30000 DVB-S2 8PSK 16E It has a problem There Signal But Nmyarh channel

Have you checked that your VU+ Uno is genuine?
This model hasn't been produced, for some time, due to being practically obsolete, as most electrical equipment becomes, after a number of years.
Try running an older image, and a few open images, on your machine, to test if it is a software issue, or a hardware issue.

No, again, as you talked about IMAGES (not only VU+ models) which ones have you tested? For instance: BlackHole, OpenBH, OpenPLI, and so on?
