Tune failed.....?

Hi everybody, as a newbie can somebody tell me what can i do when my VU+ duo tuner show me ( Tune failed ) when i download S-2 frequencies like = 11227 V DVB-S2 8PSK SR 22000 FEC 2/3 . Some S-2 frequencies i can download and works other can't download, is that my "tuner" wrong ? Do i need change to another Tuner ?

Please supply more detailed information:
General Location
Satellites, and frequencies, you can't scan in.
Dish size, fixed, motorized, multiple LNB's, with Diseqc switch, etc......
Image you have loaded.
 
Hi again, i try to scan Astra 19 E ; Hotbird 13E ; Astra( Sirius) 4,9 E ; Thor 0,8 W ; and Hispasat 30W . Dish size is 1,2 m , motorized , The image on VU+ duo is OpenPli 4 ;

Obs. I have an DM800 as i also use and i can get all frequencies without problem.
 
Which frequencies can't you get?
Are you using a V-Box II, to control your motorized dish?
Are you doing a manual scan, or a blind scan?

No support here for other images rather then BlackHole or Open BlackHole images.
As you are using OpenPli image, you must ask for support in OpenPli board.

Note: You can change the image used for those supported here.
