Tuner A & B problems since flashing 2.1.2

Hi Guys
I have Duo2 flashed with 2.1.2.
My tuner configuration has always been Tuner B with disec 1.2 , tuner A as equal to tuner B
With 2 sat cables connected. Tuner B has always been the main tuner with A been backup for recording
My problem is with the same config with 2.1.2, tuner A is now main tuner not allowing motor to work.
If disable A then B works fully with disec 1.2. If I change round config A motor B equal to, then B becomes main tuner
Any solution???

Try to setup the backup tuner as "Secondary cable from motorized dish"
