When you made the last configuration, surely, in the end ask if you delete all unused channels / satellites, the answer was "yes to everything".
Always answer "no to everything" for next problems when configuring the tuner.
As Matrix10 indicates, the satellites.xml file does not have the satellites you are looking for.
You would have to install an engine list that will have all the satellites, reboot the tuner (necessary to read the new file or not see the new satellites), now to enter the configuration, and let you select the satellites you are looking for.
When selecting, on the left goes well, not always right, careful.
If you only have one antenna/cable to the receiver, use input B, the tuner A with internal loop to the B (loop).

Cuando realizaste la ultima configuracion, seguramente, al final pregunto si borra todos los canales/satelites no usados, la respuesta fue "si a todo".
Siempre responde "no a todo" para proximos problemas al configurar los tuner.
Como indica Matrix10, el fichero satellites.xml no tiene los satelites que buscas.
Tendrias que instalar una lista para motor que tendra todos los satelites, reiniciar el sintonizador (necesario para que lea el nuevo fichero o no vera los nuevos satelites), ahora al entrar en la configuracion, ya deja seleccionar los satelites que buscas.
Al seleccionar, a la izquierda va bien, no siempre a la derecha, cuidado.
Si solo tienes una antena/cable al receptor, usa la entrada B, el tuner A con bucle interno al B (loop).
