I seem to be having a bit of trouble and I`m not sure if its my set up. But I have a Duo2 with 4 Tuners (all satellite) I have 2 seperate twin sat tunners (4 sat inputs)
I have a 1 metre dish/motor connected to Tuner A setup as advanced
Tuner B and C are connected to a fixed dish at 28.2 (cable to each tuner from LNB) setup as single sat
Tuner D is set up a loopthrough to Tuner C (I dont yet have a spare 4th cable).
So that means I should be able to record 3 different Ch`s (say Tuner A on 19.e and Tuner B and C on 28.2 any Ch` on V or H.
Tuner D would only be able to record what ever Tuner C is on `H` or `V` on 28.2 is that correct. So in theory I can record 4 channels on my Duo2 Hard Drive and even watch a 5th channel on the TV. Is this correct
Is this the best way for my setup
Sys details:-
System OE: 3.0
Distro: BlackHole
Firmware version: 3.0.1.0

Enigma2 works with a little different theory.
Enigma2 works with SAT and TPs.
First operation try to lock a tuner that correspond to the SAT and TP you tune
Second operation try to lock a tuner that correspond to the SAT and TP you tune
Third operation try to lock a tuner that correspond to the SAT and TP you tune
...
<n>th operation try to lock a tuner that correspond to the SAT and TP you tune.
If you try to tune a new channel and the box cannot allocate a tuner, an error message appear.
In practice, you can record up to 16 DVB services with 2 tuners: 16 records placed in the first tuner and you can see another channel in the second tuner ..... (theory of course)

OK tried it I recorded a ch then moved on to another tuner and kept recording (lost count how many different recording being made at same tiime on different chs) so it seems my Tuner config` is set up OK. Thanking you.
