Hi the tuner A has stopped working 0% signal coming out of it, i have flashed another image and it still dead
the box is vu+ duo and is genuine
Do you thing is that it?

Have you checked cables ? Make sure your cable it's OK, your satellite installation (dish and LNB) are OK and not faulty ....
 
Yes i i have checked lnb cables and i swap them around to no vain
and i connect that cable to dreambox 800hd i get a signal.
i know you can not replace the tuner because illok embeded in the motherboard, bad design
 
My tuner B ( Vu Duo) has stopped suddenly and no signal any more. I did follows:

- checked cable and dish alignment also LNB ,all were ok.
- I measured output voltage of tuner ( while active) no voltage! normally should have 13 or 18 volt
- I did a circuit test in tuner input B ( where cable is connected) and found problem because it was short circuit.
Does anybody knows about lack of voltage ? possible lock of tuner?
 
the tuner is working now, i found issue in the setting, in the tuner B it says increase voltage..........yes I change it to No as tuner A and voila back to life again.
Than you all of those who tried to help.
