Tuner info in dB ?

@miroka :
I repeat, that is a relative value. Let's do some calculations ;). Cosidering signal strenght 33% as 0 dB SNR, log (87-33)*10 is 17.32 dB.
So, what is the reference of those 11.25 dB?
Reverse calculation : 10 exp (11.25/10) = 13.335, gives me 73% of signal strenght as 0 dB SNR reference. But I can receive DVB-S channels at 41% of signal strenght :confused:. Not DVB-S2, they need at least 50% (depends on modulation).

So what 0 dB SNR is correct?

Correct me, if I'm wrong.

Are you sure you're right. But to me, the value in dB relative to the opening finer than the basic 100%

Sorry, I can check only with OpenPli.
