Duo2 tuner problem

hi everybody I have a problem with my duo 2 some time there is no picture and 0% signal strength after which I have to turn off from the back 10-20 minutes then turn it back on everything is fine I am using bh 2.1.1 but it does that with other versions which I have tried if any one have this sort of problem please share thank you
 
A lnb that is not working correctly will do that. The problem could also be the cable or switch (if one is installed) between the lnb and receiver.

Carefully check All antenna hardware and components.
