I have a IPBOX azbox in the same network with ultimo vu unfortunately no one of them can not read format. M3u is possible to create these files in mpg or finish that is read and the other receivers?

I think NO.
The M3U are playlists who expose the direct TS URL from DvbApp software to other systems.
 
If the VLC on the PC is possible to change channels using the same striming this can not be done if of files is M3U ?
