Tuner server on duo

The oe2 image is very good but I have found the tuner server says it is enabled ,then pressing the green button says disabled but doesent change the screen message. ..(enabled). pressing button to enable message still says disabled. I can access the duo using the vlc player on my laptop, but the vu+ player on I phone wont connect.

I think the Vu+Player reads directly Enigma2 settings and not the Tuner server.
 
worked perfectly on Black pole image and previous Black hole images......anyone else having the same problem?
