Tuner set up question

Hi,
I have the following set up and am unable to watch and record. Can you please advise which settings I should be using?
Vu Plus DUO (latest software/picture 6.0)
1 fixed dish pointed at Astra 19.2E
4 LNB
1 cable running to Tuner A
1 cable running to Tuner B
Both Tuners work separately and scan all the channels available on 19.2E
However, I seem to be unable to record and watch the same channel at the same time whereas I would think this should be possible as both tuners are linked to the same dish and sattelite?
What am I doing wrong? Any thoughts?
Currently have tuner A set up as simple, single, Astra 19.2E and Tuner B to equal to tuner A...

Strange problem.
You should be able to record and watch the same channel using a single tuner.

Did you try to setup the tuner B as simple rather than equal to tuner A?

Hi, I can watch and record the same channel but I can't record and watch another channel. Sorry if this wasn't clear. I have also tried setting up tuner B as simple with the same settings as tuner A...I just don't get it :-( Surely when both tuners clearly work and are linked to the same dish/sattelite I should be able to watch one channel and record another?
 
are you sure that it is necessary to upgrade the bootloader with BH1.6.6 ?
i thought it was necessary starting from BH1.6.7.

Bootloader upgrade is mandatary from 1.6.6 images and later.
If you have already upgraded this, you don't need to upgrade again.
