tuners not found

hi all
i own an ULTIMO for quite a while but yesterday when i switched it on from standby had no picture. i rebooted the box but still no pic. went to the tuner config from menu and found a strange setup
none of my three tuners were found (2sat and 1dtt). instead i found just one Tuner A dummy (not supported)
the image i use is the blackhole 1.7.9 - always updated
has anybody encountered this problem - do you think reflashing the box will fix it?

Try to install the last Black Hole image and if the problem will not be solved try to remove and to reinstall the tuners.

i chnaged positions of tuners and managed to find the tuners but when i set them up the box seems to hang
when i restart box without removing tuners the dummy tuner returns
now i am trying to remove the tuners one by one maybe one of them is defective
but still no joy
 
Hi guys
Just an update about my problem
Yesterday i tried changing the position of my tuners (as suggested by Mito) and every time the box finds two of the three tuners
When i try to set them up the box goes into a loop and stops responding
Later i tried using just the dtt tuner () and for the evening it worked. I set it up as i usually do but this morning i found that it was not working (black screen)
I have the impression that the problem lies more with the motherboard than the tuners
Is there anything more i can try and who do i need to contact if the problem persists??

thank you but after a week not even an acknowledgement !!
i am now trying to send back the box ... i bought and helped buy a lot of these boxes and was a very proud owner of their flagship receiver
after sales (atm) leaves much to be desired - one learns how good a company is when the sea is rough and till now i'm very disappointed

PS when i contacted a competitor about a problem with their flagship receiver in three days i had a part replaced (copy of purchase was their only requirement)!!
