Turkey wrong timezone

We have not changed to winter time as planned in Turkey, the change will happen in 2 weeks. Now my receiver displays time one hour late. How can I fix this ?

Edit timezone xml in etc/tuxbox folder.

I edit the file to read

Was
<zone name="(GMT+02:00) Athens, Istanbul, Minsk" zone="Istanbul" />
Now
<zone name="(GMT+02:00) Athens, Istanbul, Minsk" zone="Baghdad" />

On the 6th of November, revert to the original line
