TV stream errors with the new BH releases

I tried the last three releases, and I have the same problemes with TV Streaming to my computer.
So here is the situation:
I have two Antena plugged each in the two difference tunner.
I can't stream (VLC) more than one TV channel at time.
If I open another VLC and try to stream, the first stop.
This procedures working great with 1.7.0 version and bellow. So I downgraded to 1.7.0 .

How can I fix this ? What is the difference between the old releases about the TV stream ?
