Ultimo or Solo2?

I am thinking about buying Ultimo or Solo2.Which is better do you think?Also, for me, one of the most important features is the max tb sized usb hdd they support, but from my web searching, seems like no one knows the answer.But cause Ultimo is older and Solo2 is newer,can we say that Solo2 should support more tb?
 
Also, both of them comes with a qwerty remote.Actually I saw that Solo2 with qwerty remote only on one shopping site.Does it really support qwerty remote?

Ultimo has 1 gb flash memory and Solo2 has 256MB flash memory I think. Is it a serious minus for Solo2 or is it not that important?

Solo2 has a fast CPU compared to Ultimo.
I prefer Solo2.
