It's amazing what you accomplished with images.
And still I want to ask if it is possible to make Ultra Wide screen support (2560x1080 @ 21:9) for 4K models and also posibility to crop 16:9 movies/stream to 21:9 ratio (to remove black lanes from top and bottom)
Or if its not hardcoded in compiled files, then maybe you can direct me where I can do changes myself. Afterall since it is ARM architecture and supports 4k I really doubt there is HW limitations , maybe there can be some improvement beyond superpopular modes@16:9 and include some rare screen and video crop modes according to aspect ratios (ie 2560x1080; 1920x1200; 1680x1050; 1280x1024; 1280x960).
Or maybe there will be enough to make a plugin and I can do it myself (since I can do some scripting in python, but yet don't know about preprogrammed mechanics in this embeded system)?
