Unable to do a full backup

VUsolose.bhole 1.2.4.My problem:I can't do a full backup usb.I get only 2 files:kernel_cfe_auto(7168ko) and root_cfe_auto(139136ko).Time :3mn56.Help please.
 
Finally I do my full backup.I send it to my box vusolose to try it.But surprise :NO channel.I go to option tunner config .I have this message :tunnerA:dummy tunner not supported.What this means?Help please.
