Unable to Download BH 2.0.8

Hello and Good Afternoon to Expertise Exemplified
I am not able to download for Vu+ Duo ver 2.0.8 I have tried repeatedly but have not managed this feat. I am Computer Literate. I have applied system-wide search on my Fedora 20 Linux Box no joy there.
Any help from any one would be useful

Install BH 2.0.8 and next do Update BH Image from Green Panel (1 x Green button and next 1 x Yellow Button) and you will upgrade to 2.0.8.1
 
I probably did not make myself clear as I am new to the forum and its idiosyncrasies. What I am trying to convey is that although I used what I take to be the Download Page and clicked the Download Button named HERE no download file was downloaded
I wonder if the Downloads Folder on my Linux Box (A new installation of Fedora 20) does not have the right rw permissions '
My apologies I am just desperately trying to get up to speed on BH on Vu+ Duo
