unable to initialize harddisk vu+duo

unable to initialize harddisk vu+duo i had to do a reflash the vu+ duo ,everythings back n workin now , but when i try to record i get the message "no hdd found or hdd initialized !"when i try initialize the disk i get the "unable to initialize harddisk" message , when i go into device manger i cant see harddisk , i have 2tb hardrive internal , anyone know whats wrong
 
after i reflashed vu+duo , i cant record it says no hdd found r not initialized, try to initialize but get message unable to initialize harddisk error: mkfs, its internal 2tb samsung hd204ui , im using blackhole 1.6.6 image , anyone how to fix this
