Unable to stop timer recording

i had set something to record via the timer

after it started i decided that i didnt want to record the program anymore & wanted to stop & change the channel.

however no matter what i did i could not do so.

i tried to press stop, record & nothing

i even went into the timer & deleted the recording from the menu yet somehow the tuner was just fixed to ths channel.

the only way i could stop this was to go to the BH main menu & reboot

any ideas please
 
ok seems like the whole usb format wizard has solved this issue

i was now able to "stop" the timer recording my going to the timer menu & deleting it ............no other method would work

it then let me change channels too
