Unable to transcode streams

I got everything working except the transcoding and unable to find out the reason.
Last version of BH, openwebif and transcodesetup configured.
Direct streaming on port 8001 works (rec appearing on the box) using different clients as vlc or blackbox on my iPad.
If I enable the "transcode" on my clients, the rec and the clock appears on the box display but no image or sound are displayed on the player.
Same if I use the m3u file from openwebif in my desktop into vlc. Transcode is set to port 8002, 60fps and 700kb/a.
Always a black screen on transcode mode...
Any clue where is the problem? Where can I find or enable some log file?
Is this rec and clock icons correct on transcode mode?
Is this because I'm just using one runner (b)?

Just adding maybe some additional info - PiP is also working perfectly.
Only my transcode is not working. With the box in standby or turned on. Any help or clues?
