Unable to Upgrade to V 4.4.021

Today i've faced a new interesting situation, i'm trying to upgrade using the "Update OBH" menu under System setting.
The decoder is able to find the new version, to download it and to start the upgrade but ... due to the previous (bug?) is not able to reboot autonomously. I've then tried to reboot manually by command line but, after the successful reboot, the upgrade was not completed.
The info screen show me that i'm still on V 4.4.020 ....

Any idea ?
I'm dealing this with my VU+ Duo 4K SE .....

No problem in my case. Obviously, I rebooted by command line. My advice is to repeat the upgrade process only by command line
opkg update && opkg upgrade
and then
reboot

Indeed, my advice is to use always the command line in the future.

If you really rebooted by command line... I don't get your enthusiastic answer.
What did you do, then?
