Updated now box wont load jut blank

I guys i updated my box and a green screen kept appearing, when i turned off then back on the box wouldnt load atall the light comes on to the left but the little screen is totally blank and inresponsive. Any ideas is there a reset button anywhere or how could i reboot this.

Usually this happen when you have a clone box.
Your box is genuine?

Yes as far as im aware its genuine. I will need to have a proper look i did compare on a website and mine seemed origonal
