Upgrade to BH 3.0.1 problems

Hi
I have : VU+ Uno with 2.0.0 BH image.
VU+ Solo2 2.1.4 BH image
VU+ Zero 2.1.4 BH image

I try to upgrade to 3.0.1 and i have problemes ,screen stop at Starting .

Any help please

Try to use a different usb stick to load images.
