Upgrade VU+duo 1.7.9 to 3.0.2

can i upgrade my VU+duo 1.7.9 to 3.0.2 with USB flash directly ?

without problem.....

or i must upgrade to other old stage before.

You need to load the new image, using your USB stick, which will overwrite ALL your current settings, and will need to be re-done, once the image is loaded.
You could back up your channel list, using dreamboxedit.
You should check that your receiver has the last released CFE, (Bootloader), update:

You should also be sure that your VU+ receiver is genuine, and not a clone.
