To verify that isn't internal USB controller, try at first with powered USB Hub and next make a report (without external hub) http://www.vuplus-community.net/board/threads/usb-tuner-howto-report-problems.621/#post-82219. It's 2nd post. I know, it's about tuners, but shows USB internal device too.

It's very strange issue.
The kernel detects 4 ports (correctly) but not your hub USB.
It's a CA powered hub or the power it's taken from USB ports?

is a self-powered hub with separate , then you say that the kernel will detect the usb ports? I understand even if it is a hardware problem ...I also tried to change the capacitors of the photo, but nothing​

Try USB hub with frontal USB port. And remove your CI module.

:mad: I don't like something on your picture! 2,5" drive and insulating tape around. Did you make an short circuit on 5V? Sata disconnected... :confused: It looks like your MB is gone. Capacitors exchange doesn't solve gone SMD mounted voltage regulator.

I hope I'm wrong.

PS: It was so expensive to buy 3,5" to 2,5" mounting bracket instead of using insulating tape? :chair:

I also tried from the front but it does not work ..... I had disconnected the cable sata I for testing.
The motherboard you say that it is broken? where you see it?
just remounted the front usb was working again, then again broken.
Just turn on the usb stick is' a blink and then nothing ....
 
Looking at picture I saw what I wrote before. Disconnect your power to HDD too (short circuit). Maybe it's not too late. Only one thing: mount meccanically that HDD as I wrote before. You can't see broken IC's.

Today, I disconnected and then reconnected, plug the front usb pen ...... detected and installed blackhole 2.0.3, the usb behind instead coninuano does not work ...... I'm not understanding anything
