USB DVB-T2 issue

Hi,

I have a "Foxnovo® DVB-T USB TV RTL-SDR FM+DAB Radio Tuner Receiver Stick Realtek RTL2832U+R820T" that I want to set up on My Solo2 running BH 3.0.1.

The stick seems to install as it appears in my list of tuners. It is enabled and I have set it up for my region in the settings.

When I try to scan with the tuner it comes back with an error "failed to start scan".

I used the method on your forum to generate an output.txt file. Find attached.
However I think I wasn't able to capture all the data -
When I entered "cat /proc/bus/usb/devices >> /tmp/output.txt" it retuned "can't open '/proc/bus/usb/devices': No such file or directory".

Try these steps:
1. reboot box
2. reboot GUI (when box comes up and you have access to menu)
3. try to scan DVB-T USB tuner via Menu-Setup-Tuner Config-Manual Scan

About the issue you have reported, we are working on it to determine the problem.
I've detected it randomly using some USB DVB-T2 devices
