USB hub in Duo 4K

I tried two USB hubs on Duo4k but none of them worked ... in fact, one of them with a power supply connected to the LCD screen showed problems. Another USB hub that works on Zero 4K also failed. While connected to Zero 4K it lights up the LED, in Duo 4K it doesn't even do that. I tested it on the bottom and front USB port.

Someone with this model and with a connected USB hub? Without yes, what brand / model and if it is with or without power?
