It's possible.
In the past I've used with my Uno a TeVii S660 with great success (USB DVB-S2 + Vu+ Tuner DVB-T/C on internal slot) ... now my USB DVB-S2 device has gone and my new Technisat Skystar HD has not been tested in all Vu+ boxes but only (for now) Solo4K (and works great!).

Suindtek has a DVB-S2 usb stick that will work on Blackhole and other images. This usb stick is also capable of blindscan.
