USB TDT problems wiht BH 2.0.7

My neighbor has many problems with a USB TDT dongle in her Solo2 with BH 2.0.7. She has a
"AVerTV Volar Black HD - AVerMedia" and she told me that she looses too often the signal changing TDT channels... and she has to rebot solo2 in order to get back working again the TDT.

Please, anyone here knows why and how to solve it?

She should use an usb hub with external power supply or change dvb-t stick with one more powerful and stable
