USB Tuner Config menu??

In the latest Blackhole images, 1.7.6 and 1.7.7 (Duo and Ultimo)

Is this menu below still available??

In my attempt to use a Realtek RTL2830U usb tuner, i have never been able to find this menu?
Do you need to plug the USB tuner in first?
I thought the driver could be selected prior to doing this.

This menu is no more present.
You need only to connect the USB tuner before to switch on your Vu+ and then to setup it.
 
Thank You.... it is a Realtek RTL2830U based USB tuner... from what i have read here, it seems there is an issue with writing drivers for this tuner???
