usb tuners [af9015]

hi i have 2 usb dvb tuners 1.hauppauge win tv nova t 2. blaze hdtv (Afatech 9015 chipset) just a few questions .
1.if tuners a compatible do i need to load drivers.
2.if so how do i do that.
3.will any of these tuners pick up irish digital tv
4.can anybody recommend a stick that does work in ireland.
ps. using bh 1.7.9 lite on vu duo

changed to bh1.7.9 from 1.7.9 lite and "unknown tuner"and win nova t were recognised straight away , did a scan and working perfectly since....on 2.0.2 rev e. now and still working,think there might have been a problem with the 1.7.9 lite that i used
