Usb turbo tuner fault, red light

Anyone know much about the usb turbo tuner?
Mine was working ok but it's not now. What once was a green light is now a red light? Will no longer find any channels. On blackhole 2.1.7 .01

Don't buy one of these they're rubbish.
Especially off vuplus_co_uk on eBay as he doesn't answer emails.
