I am a newbie here having a VU+ Uno. I have a problem with using alphacrypt cam with a smartcaard encoded in cryptoworks. The card was activated by the service provider in fornt of me. However, I cant access to the chennels.
Simultaneously, I am using a conax cam and a smartcard in it without any problem.
Is there any special settings for using two cams at the same time? I tried all the ci settings, but I could not make the cryptowkrs smartcard work.
Are you tried to' use one cam at time? Are you using an updated image? Do you have upgraded the fpga firmware according to image builder and vuplus devs?

Thank you for being interested in my problem. I thought my post would generate additional questions.
I have been using my VU+ Uno for one week and I changed VTI to the latest BHI right away when I got the tuner. Before flashing the BHI I updated FPGA according to the instructions.
I am from Hungary, where the service providers are sneaky, so one is good at HD channels, the other has wide variety of SD channels. It seems that I will use at least two smartcards simultaneously.
I tend to believe that something went wrong during the activation of the smartcard as the cam says that I am not entitled to watch the programme.
I have got the solution. I had to remove the conax cam together with the smartcard and let alphacrypt and the smartcard activate the channels first time. When it finished I could put conax cam back and I could watch both service provider's channels.
