right when i get my solo i down load the black image on to my computer open it put the image on to my usb then put the usb in to the solo usb port ar the front of the solo is this the right way to do it great forum
 
Yes, put all files in USB stick maintaining the original path. Insert the stick in front USB port, switch off the box, then switch it on again and firmware update starts automatically.
