Viaccess card not working on SOLO4K, OK on SOLO 2

I switched to a SOLO 4K and the CI with Viaccess is not working.
On solo2 it works fine, "high bitrate support" is set to "no". Both HD and SD swiss channels can be seen.
On Solo 4K the CI with Viaccess is not stable. "high bitrate support" shall be set to "yes" to view the HD channels, however the sat signals freezes after a few seconds.
FTA channels and other features seem to work just fine.
Is it a software (firmware) problem?
Any idea how can I solve?

Yes, also for Tivusat card "high bitrate support" has to be set to yes, whilst must be set to NO in Duo2. But, out of curiosity, have you tried to set it to NO?

Yes, when I set to NO it behaves as if the satellite signal is too low (I wasted a couple of hours orienting the parabola...).
"high bitrate support" to NO lets hear the sound with lots of noise and some kind of noisy image.
